Clients engaging our restaurant management services are responsible for implementing our recommendations appropriately, providing accurate information about their operations, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their business operations. cyberionis provides guidance and recommendations, but the ultimate responsibility for business decisions and their outcomes remains with the client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cyberionis AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to cyberionis in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless cyberionis AG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
